Rockwall Teen Writing Workshop

Last Saturday, I had the immense privilege of leading a small group of talented teens in a writing workshop. They all showed such promise that it was riveting to to read their work and discuss ways to improve. We also talked a little about the process of traditional publishing. These are students from my hometown, which made it even more of a fulfilling experience. I'm not much of a public speaker so this was the perfect way for me to dip my toe in with a small group and get involved with young readers/writers.

I enjoyed this experience so much that I would be honored to help more students refine their writing.
